3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We offer premium incense, handcrafted burners, ash catchers, tea sets, mugs, jewelry, and curated gift bundles. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders include shipping in the product price. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of fragrance products and handcrafted items, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact leslie@etherealbylez.com within 30 days of receipt for damaged or defective items. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

7. PRODUCT SAFETY

Candles, incense, burners, and all flammable items must be used with care and common sense. Always burn candles and incense in a well-ventilated area on a heat-resistant surface. Treat all flammable items with extreme caution and never leave burning items unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. We are not liable for misuse or failure to follow basic fire safety guidelines.
