Refund Policy

I want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact me at leslie@etherealbylez.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, I'll send a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refund details:

Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item

No restocking fees

Items must be unused and in original packaging

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 30 days with photos and I'll replace the item or issue a full refund right away.
